am o problema am un wd de 320 sata si am luat un seagate de 500 sata II,wd il vede dar seagat-ul nu il recunoaste nici in draci(nici in bios),placa mea de baza esti foxconn p35a-s.astept raspunsuri multumesc anticipat!

Care e provenienţa HDD-ului de 500? Verifică alimentarea şi cablul de date în primul rînd.

Vezi pe HDD pe latura cu conectorii de alimentare şi date există un jumper cu care se limitează modul de acces la SATA150 (SATA simplu), acum probabil e pus pe SATA300 (SATA II). Verifică şi în BIOS modul de acces al controllerului, AHCI sau Native IDE.

pai ambele harduri nu au jumpere, deci sunt sata300,placa de baza suporta dar in bios e pus pe native IDE trebuie AHCI ,presupun..

Atunci e bine, nu trebuie să mai modifici nimic nicăieri, HDD-urile SATA sînt plug'n'play. Scoate HDD-ul de 320 şi pune-l pe cel de 500 în locul lui pe aceleaşi cabluri. Dacă nu-l vede nici aşa, în BIOS atunci are o problemă.

scoate celalalt hdd si lasa numai pe cel de 500.....eventual muta in alt sata pe mobo, in bios seteaza pe default....

am incercat si nu mere nush ce naibii are am 2 bucati apropo am incercat si in raid si tot nu merg[daca poti sa intri pe messenger sa vorbim, poate ma lamuresti]

nu mere

din cate am mai citit am inteles cai problema de firmware...da culmea ca de unde leam luat lea probat si mergeau ,le vedea calcu respectiv in bios astept solutii

am ultima versiune la bios la placa de baza. bine ca's de la firma si nu le`am platit eu. ma duc maine sa vad care-i treaba la ala sa`mi faca el update la firmware ca la el apareau in bios
